Will it undo the past?
Change anything about the occurred event?
Make you feel better?
Give you a solution?
It'll make your brain feel like someone is banging it in with a hammer.
Instead, jump straight to resolutions.
Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and think about it like this; "Ok, I have ABC problems, I need to do XYZ to fix them."
