Don’t get upset.

It’s not something to get angry about.

If someone says something to you or about you that you know is false, simply correct them on it.

In fact, don’t even respond, unless it is necessary, of course. Because that response can lead to conflict.

You don’t owe anyone an explanation; you know who you are.

No matter what action you make, judgment will follow.

There will always be critics.

Imagine trying to respond to each one, trying to prove to them what you said or did, or what you didn’t say or didn’t do.

You’ll make yourself crazy. Driving yourself 100mph into the trap of insanity.

It’s a tiring task so don’t even attempt it. You know who you are.

Embrace the hate.
